Hi there! I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Meghan and I am a therapist practicing in person out of Orange County and virtually throughout the state of California. I am also a professor at Chapman University, where I teach an undergraduate course called 'Identity and Self.'
After getting my B.S. in Psychology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I decided to pursue a career in therapy. While training in my master's program, I spent three years running a private tutoring business where I helped students and families achieve academic success. During that time, I developed a unique ability to identify problems, validate barriers to success, and help people find new solutions to their problems.
I bring the same style of warmth and positivity to my work with therapy clients. My early familial experience with divorce has made me especially skilled at working with people in resolving relational conflicts and holding space for different perspectives. I love working with two or more people in the room, tackling issues related to parent-child relationships, couple relationships, and divorce & co-parenting.
