Hi! My name is Meghan. I'm a therapist in Orange County
who cares deeply about
well-being in relationships.
You may be here because your teenager is pulling away or acting out.
You may feel desperate to reconnect with your kid and terrified about
the growing distance between you.
You may be here because you're looking for couples support. You may
feel like "I love my partner deeply, and I can't imagine being with
someone else, but lately, things have felt off."
Or perhaps you're preparing for divorce, and you're worried about the impact it's going to have on your kids. You know it's going to be hard, but you don't want it to be devastating.
At the core of what you're experiencing is a disconnect in the relationships that matter the most to you. You know deep down that things can be better than they are now, but you need careful, effective support with figuring out how. That's the heart and soul of why I became a therapist.
When conflict comes up in your relationship, no matter the topic, you leave feeling the same -- alone, misunderstood, and frustrated. Couples therapy provides gentle guidance and outside perspective so communication helps you feel closer, not farther apart.
So many families long for greater connection, but feel lost and isolated in the loudness of busy schedules, endless parenting advice, and miscommunications. If your family has gone from joyful and connected to tense and disjointed, I’m here to help.
Group therapy offers space to process life's challenges and successes amongst peers. Within group, all the interpersonal experiences we have outside the room come to life and can be explored within the secure therapeutic container.
